2015 Coates The GSM, McLaren Vale & Langhorne Creek (screwcap): 48% Grenache 33% Shiraz & 19% Mourvedre, 14.5% alc. Light to medium purple. Lifted, jubey nose with Earl Grey tea at first, then bright cherries and subtle some smoked meats and just a touch of blue metal. The palate is light, bright and breezy, a sweet, jubey entry leading to meaty, earthy palate that’s more savoury than the nose, finishing slender but long. Best to drink now with T-Chow pork belly hot pot with scallions.

You've just encouraged me to head to T Chow for that wonderful pork belly hot pot with scallions. +1 for a thread where we match wines to the most iconic (T, Ky and Ying) Chow dishes!
