G'day
About 3 years ago, I posted the following comment on this wine:
A stunning riesling quite possibly at its peak. No kero or oiliness, but at the tipping point between young fruit and acid, and honeyed maturity.
I promptly then forgot about the last bottle in the cellar and found it again recently. It's still mostly at the same stage it was three years ago, although the fruit is no longer young, and more like lime cordial (but still not oily or viscous). Lemon lime on the nose, and tart citrics across the palate. Still reasonably well balanced, and not in the least full, fat or rich.
It's surprising how well this wine has held up. I don't think it will get much better - but I said something like that three years ago.
Cheers
Allan

Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.
