2008 Leabook Estate Late Harvest Pinot Gris 375ml, Adelaide Hills (screwcap): 11.5% alc. Medium gold/light amber. Sweet apple juice and honey, then peach and apricot, with crisp acidity right on the borderline of keeeping it from being cloying; it’s solid but ultimately needs more weight and length to be a truly successful sweet wine.
