TN: 1998 Tatachilla Keystone Grenache Shiraz

1998 Tatachilla Keystone Grenache Shiraz, McLaren Vale (cork): 14% alc. Medium brick. At first it seemed a bit oxidised, but freshened up with a little breathing, albeit remaining in a somewhat fragile state, bouncing between soupy/stocky/leather and tobacco characters and sweeter raspberry and black liquorice. It bounced between these phases all afternoon, a pleasant enough drink but only just barely hanging in there.
