Which Prosecco

I have been getting into a few sparklings lately, and found the Tassie wines hold there own against a lot of the French so I was wondering if the Italians are any good, however while I have not had a problem picking a French or Aussie fizz as the most fit into the $30 to $100 bracket the Prosecco all seem to be under $20, a lot even under $15 so can anyone recommend a good Prosecco

Franciacorta DOCG is a more likely Italian foil for Champagne with a drier and less sweet flavor profile.
Sorry I don't have any recommendations .It's a one sip aperitif for me.

For prosecco (IE made from Glera), Superiore Di Cartizze is the best and still hard pressed to hit $35
Just under that is produced superiore from Conegliano (fruitier, tropical, bitter notes) Valdobbiadene (floral and delicate) DOGC . These characters are mostly blended away for some reason.
Also the wines produced by a maker in one region can be from fruit in the other but without being noted on the label.
Labels to look out for include bisol, col vetoraz, malibran, adami, Merotto, angelo rebuli, ruggeri (available everywhere). The others may be available.
Sorry, a bit low on the cartizze retail estimate. Up to $65ish with a quick search

+1 for the Valdobbiadene. Carpene Malvolti and Furlan spring to mind.
Mrs CE also likes Sensi 18K 2013 (DOC). But probably because it comes in a gold bottle...

Just bought a Mionetto Luxury Collection Prosecco Cartizze for <$50. Great example of the higher end prosecco

I have bought a couple of the Valdobbiadene and all have been around the $20 mark and they have been good, I normally spend around $60 to $100 for a French fiz and the Proseccos aren't up to that standard though. Also tried a couple from the King valley in Vic, for the price the Mrs thinks they are all lovely so I will keep getting the odd bottle and keep her happy.

Ah, my mistake, I thought by your OP that you were after good Prosecco. If the Mrs is happy with cheap locally made fizz then there's no need to look for the good stuff.
