TN: 1996 Ashton Hills Sparkling Red

This is the current release and was quite nice as a pre-dinner drink.
A ruby red color and hints of red fruits on the nose and a little apricot. Nice layers of red currant, plum cherry and bitumen with a dry, medium finish.
