TN: 1999 Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz

Had this the other week with roast lamb and vegies.
The color was a deep, opaque purple with a nose of tar, blackfruits, coffee and leather. The palate has a dense core of liqueur blackberry and plums, gripping tannins, generous length and a persistant finish. It seemed a bit disjointed at the moment, but with time it should be a pearler.
Score: 18.0
