Best Barolo vintages

Greetings,
I am finding I am really enjoying good quality Nebbiolo at the moment and would like to add a few Barolo's to my stash, however am not familiar at all with quality vineyards and particularly quality vintages.
I have read good things about the 2010 vintage and have managed to pick up a few '10 Benevelli Barolo Ravera (thanks Gavin), but unfortunately my wallet does not extend much further than that as far as $$ are concerned.
What suggestions can you provide for quality wine under $100, and also, what vintages are considered the ones to look for?
Thanks in advance..

I think there is an explosion in quality coming out of the region as the simplistic modernist versus traditionalists falls by the wayside and people are producing great wine. Traps being hot vintages and Nebbiolo being planted in areas probably not suited. I'd suggest buying a few bottles from auction if much comes up?
2010 and a unesco heritage rating will see prices rise- and the falling Aussie dollar too I guess .
Don't forget Barbaresco . Sometime a poor Barolo vintage can be a great vintage in Barbaresco .
Vintages ? 2010, 2008, 2006, 2004 recent classics . 2007 now looks a bit hot. 2005 good to go.
Producers I'm long on- Roagna , Cappellano , Giacosa when winning at the casino, di gresy and many more. Barbera is an affordable way to look at a producer.

Was very interested in this post too, sadly for what I can find the producers suggested by JamieBahrain do amazing things but are a little out of the price range. Let me know if you find anything else ads_11

Do some Barolo offlines and pool resources for wondrous wines like the one below; enjoyed last night with tripe in Barolo sauce from a cow slaughtered in HKG yesterday.

Damilano is amazing QPR.
And the great wines of Cappellano I recommend to those visiting HKG where they can be bought for less than $60AUD

Unfortunately I think the problem is that price is not reflective of the prices here in Aus (I am sure you are well aware of that though).. Also, living in Adelaide I am finding the available producers are limited. Either that or I am just not looking hard enough
Do you have any thoughts on the LINNAEA TRIFULAU ?

Cappellano is in ADL for the usual double the price of Europe but still cheaper than many of Henschke's offerings such as Mt Ed. That was sort of my point, perhaps organize a wine dinner or wine club and pool resources. A small outlay between a group will capture Piedmont even in Adelaide. And the great Barolos are a fraction of BDX & Burg ( for now anyways ).

Well, just managed to pick up a few;
2010 G.D. Vajra Albe
2010 Pietro Rinaldi Monvigliero
2010 Linnaea Trifulau
All for under the magic $ amount.

Vajra an emerging producer and 2010 a great vintage obviously.
Monvigliero is getting some serious attention as a Cru site. It's in the little heard of commune of Verduno. The terroir can be distinct- florals and spice and an earthiness.
