Mitchelton Print Series shiraz 1991

I've been a fan of Print Series for only a couple of years, but have managed to accumulate some older vintages.
Colour is surprisingly deep ruby for a 23 year old wine. The nose is rich, with mocha and vanilla, and some clove and nutmeg. The palate is voluptuous; like molten milk chocolate across the tongue. There's some acidity and firm but fine tannins. It's mouth-filling and almost sensual in texture, leading to a very long finish.
You might guess I enjoyed this wine greatly - many of the characteristics I have described I have found to be common to Print Series shiraz, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how good this is.
It's a shame this is the only bottle.
Cheers
