I quite enjoy reading his articles, but he hasn't posted anything in over a month.

Apologies to all DRINKSTER readers - the author has been flat on his back after a series of nasty ailments laid him very low some weeks back. It seems critical bits of one will re-emerge sufficiently to rekindle the spirit. Stay tuned, but watch your step. This floor's dangerously slippery.

Poor fellow.
On a similar note, does anyone know what has happened to Chris Plummer and his blog "Australian Wine Journal"? I really enjoyed reading his notes, but alas, his last post was on the 24th December 2011. The site is still up but no further updates or messages from him. Is he OK?
