2007 Schäfer-Fröhlich Bockenauer Felseneck Riesling Medium-Dry, Nahe (cork): 12.5% alc. Pale to medium straw/yellow. Smells rather cheesy at first, with sweeter smells of orange blossom and apricot below the surface, lychees with breathing; the palate’s immediately sweeter, with lychees and apricot, the fine acidity providing grip on the long, slatey, ever so slightly smoky finish. It needs more time for the fruit to blossom and flesh out - wait for it.
Cheers,
Ian

Great to see a German TN here, about time!
This is quite good too. 2010 Hexamer Sauvignon Blanc QbA Trocken (Nahe, Germany)
