Deluxe Products- VinoVault C130S Wine Fridge

So this is a bit of a winge or at least a buyer beware for others.
I bought this wine fridge back in October/ November of last year and apart from the fact that you can't lay down bottles on the bottom shelf unless they are shorter bottles hence reducing the storage from 47 to about 43 bottles, it did actually run quite smoothly.
However... About a month ago I noticed that the seal at the top of the door was no longer sitting flush with the door. Apart from the obvious in regards to temperature differences (especially living in Perth) it also now has to work a lot harder to keep the temperature, which to change from a low hum occasionally to now a persistent drone it is rather annoying.
I contacted Deluxe Products, whom I purchased it from and after the delay of sending in photos I get the response to unscrew the door and then maneuver it back in place (I personally think it needs a new seal because the seal looks distorted). This would all be fine and well but one of the screws cannot be unscrewed because there is some metal in between the grooves where a usual Phillips head would go into (fantastic Chinese quality). Due to this, I cannot maneuver it to it's full extent.. if at all.
After a few back and forth emails.. it has been about 2 weeks now and we are still in the same place.. they have now asked me to use a spanner to remove the screw and if possible just pop the fridge on it's side and unscrew the bottom screws... easy as!
To be honest, their lack of ownership and putting all the fixing of things onto me is rather annoying. I somehow feel that if they organised pick-up, fixed it and then sent it back to me I would have it back by now or perhaps if lucky a new, non faulty wine fridge.. but alas I am still stuck with more instructions and a noisy fridge with a gap at the top.
If you wanted a good wine fridge, I would look elsewhere.
