Been a while

Anyone keen on a bring a bottle each theme in a similar vein to that awesome night we had December 2010?

Was thinking again along the lines of <>$100 wines

Le Sol
Stonyridge Larose
Coleraine
Puriri Pope
Homage
La Collina
Esk Terraces
Rare Flagship Pinots etc
Providence
.....

Cults and ultra classics. Mouth watering matchups such as 09 Terraces vs 10 Puriri Pope. 09 La Collina vs 09 Le Sol vs 09 Homage. 09 Coleraine vs 09 SRL etc etc

Another cut the bull, bring only the best afternoons/ evenings. I am happy to host again, keep costs down bring a few nibbles each

Dates neg. Any interest?

yes please - how about tomorrow evening? :)

I'm stopping by for work purposes, but will be seeking a venue to sample NZ wines on Wednesday evening - anything downtown that I should check out please Craig?

Always interested in having a glass of wine with you!
Sadly the Coleraine idea came out stillborn, and not a large queue lining up for this.
Opened a '97 Martinborough Reserve PN recently. Still rate this well over the '96. It
didn't fall apart on opening either. If this gets off the ground could bring one.
Hey, could bring both. And I shuffled a 2000 Coleraine to the top of the wine fridge
in anticipation of the Coleraine tasting. It's still waiting there......

Just spotted this - haven't been around much of late, mainly due to work pressures.

I'm keen, but probably a while before I could make it work - among other reasons because we're off to Europe for Sept / early Oct, including stops in Mosel, Bordeaux and Rioja.

Cheers
Peter
