TN: 1993 Yalumba Family Reserve Shiraz

A ruby red color. A distinctive dusty chocolate nose, with hints of spice and menthol. A lovely soft, chocolate flavour dominates with white pepper but not much fruit. A long delicate finish and after about an hour coffee flavours start to come to the fore. A nice red to have with duck or perhaps asian food but probably won't have many years left in it, drink up.
