We've recently launched "Vineyardia" - Wine Wiki. It's growing slowly and anyone can make additions, amendments, and edits on all topics wine. There seems to Wikis on plenty of topics, but not a great one on wine, at least not one covering all topis.

Is this intended to remain a free access site? If so you might want to include that in your manifesto.
