What wine to serve with.......

Having guests over for dinner on Saturday night and i'm stumped as to what to serve with my wifes choice of dessert....
Passionfruit Curd Tart Brulee....now that's a mouthful in it'self, but what to have with it????

That has to be a sticky. Ice riesling would be great! Not sure about botrytis but maybe a Beaumes de Venise could work as well.

Carl's suggestion of an ice Riesling is good (if you can find one); I've matched a similar desert with a Canadian Vidal Ice Wine. Whatever you pick, the wine needs to be sweeter than the tart to avoid the wine seeming thin and acidic.

am not convinced a tokay would do well. because passionfruit is quite a cutting acidic flavour, you need a dessert wine with some acid. the ice riesling suggestions are good, any dessert wine made with riesling would do the trick really.

I'd agree with a sticky. I'd especially go with riesling, and preferably Tasmanian. Frogmore Creek or Josef Chromy do good ones.

A sweet chenin from the Loire Valley would do the trick - it would have the structure and flavour profile to match the tart, sweet flavour of the passionfruit.
