Bravo to Parker Estate

for exemplary service & professionalism in their response to my email about a corked bottle of 2002 Parker Terra Rossa Merlot - a wine I've greatly enjoyed over a number of vintages. A brief explanation of the problem sufficed for them to send me a replacement bottle of the same vintage, without having to go thru returns, tests, analyses etc etc. 
PS a bottle of Parker 1st Growth 1994 (which received mixed reviews) was just superb at a cabernet night at Ricardos last month - luscious fruit, Coonawarra typicity, some gorgeous secondary notes, oak, tannin, acidity all in perfect balance.
