TN: 2001 Hutton Vale Grenache Mataro

Quite a fancy looking bottle with its wax embossed capsule and made by David Powell of Torbreck fame.
A dark ruby color with a primarily savory nose of meats, soy, toast and some chocolate. Sweet with big tannins and a fantastic length, definately some more cellar time needed and likely to be quite smart in years to come.
