Hi
Thought you may be interested in an interview I did recently with Andrew Hood. For those of you that haven't heard of him he is a legend in the Tassie wine industry having started Wellington in the 1990's. He was also a wine science lecturer at Charles Sturt. He is currently a consultant with Frogmore Creek which is a major award winning winery/ contract winemakers a mere 15mins drive from my house!
