My partner is vegetarian, not strict - but definitely no red meat.
Can any of you recomend what to serve with full bodied red wines?
I've exhausted the novelty of chicken...and you know...chicken flu...

Legumes, strong cheese, mushrooms, or grain based ingredients.

I don't think duck is classified as white meat.

How about a veggie lasagne or a good garlicey, tomatoey, spaghetti bolognaise with pork or turkey minced instead of beef??

Yes, you might be right there, but a lot of people who don't eat red meat will eat most birds.
A good strong pasta dish should go alright as well.
