Interesting. I've got some of their 2006, a pleasingly four-square wine that sits well with my preferences. Apparently their's is the highest vineyard in La Morra, itself one of the taller hills. I'd expect them to cellar well.

My father took me shopping for my birthday present yesterday and bought a bottle of Domaine A Cabernet Sauvignon 2006. I look forward to consuming it with a rib roast on the weekend.

Tuxy this is fabulous...its the one thing I miss, My dad has not been here for 9 years...cheese and wine were a great catch up.

Ok

Impressions...it is an old fashioned right bank wine. Reminded me of the 1990 I had a couple of years ago. It isn't showy, it isn't fruit forward. It has a gorgeous understated nose, fine powdery tannin. A proper wine. It is a Kate Middleton. A right bank to appeal to the intellect

I was surprised how drinkable it was already actually. I have no regrets opening one so early

Sorry about the random nature of the reply, I was on holiday and just enjoying it socially with company
