Nothing is recorded but I’d suggest something like:

15% Shiraz
15% Cabernet
15% riesling
10% pinot noir
15% Chardonnay
5% champagne
5% Nebbiolo
5% grenache
5% fortified
5% other whites
5% other reds
Cheers

Being organised deprives you of happy surprises. Last night I was emptying under my stairs looking for a lost computer back-up drive. I did not find it. I did however find a 6 pack of 2013 Puriri Hills Harmonie du Soir which I thought I must have already polished off. Appears I now have more great wine to drink than I thought
Well, finding a magnum of 1996 Marques de Riscal Rioja Reserva is a happy surprise but what about these overlooked wines:

There is no punchline - it doesn't end well.

Cheers ............. Mahmoud.

Be keen to ask the same question but by country / region, rather than variety.

I'm sure it's been done before though...

Not everything covered here, so will not make 100%

Shiraz 20%
Cabernet Sauvignon 17%
Cabernet blends 4%
Chardonnay 18%
Riesling 16% (includes French, German, Austrian)
Marsanne 2%
Pinot Noir 5%
Dessert wines / Sauternes 1.5%
Vintage Ports 1%
Hunter Semillon <1%
Sparkling (inc Sparkling Shiraz and Champagne) 1.5%
Cabernet Shiraz 1.5%
Miscellaneous red blends 1.5%

Approximately 5% of the cellar is not Australian.
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

That's a shame, as I recognise the first two producers, so they might have been decent wines before they slipped down the slope.
