I use a Miele and works perfectly everytime. Finish Classic tablets. Place them upside down leaning around 20 degrees on the bottom part with the stems fitting into the 'big glasses' notches. Normal cycle and no hurry to open it for me, seems to make no diff, but will try winetastics tip if I'm around when it finishes. Never broken one this way, unlike all the other ways I've managed to break them! (Mostly acts of imaginary friend).
