I'd just like to add that name does mean so much to the general public.

I've been to several dinners where I've taken something like Balnaves Cab but because people not interested in wine are in attendance nobody has heard of it. So what happens is that people get excited about the bottle of Penfolds Rawsons Retreat that someone has brought and don't even notice yours. The good part about that is that there is more of the good stuff for you.

I thought the main thing about 2000 Grange was that because it was low production the investors bought as much as they could because they anticipated it was gonna be hard to find in 15 years time when people are looking for birthday wines, anniversary wines etc whereas there will be lots of 1999, 2001 etc because production was probably more than double. That combined with Anonymous Guests points makes 2000 Grange hard to find and just as expensive as the good vintages.

NOC, joking aside, looks like you got caught up in daily anti-spam clean-up. Unfortunately whilst real names tend to help avoid the profiles deletion, as you're ITB, it probably makes sense to avoid using real name - as presumably it's in deference to Gavin.

Maybe worth posting using (say) your middle name. The id's that the spambots use tend not to have real names - hence the unintended deletions tend to hit posters who use initials or pseudonyms.
