A bunch of interesting comments about the wines.

Having enjoyed, and cellared wine for some 15 years now, I commonly retrieve a lovingly and long-time-cellared bottle to find the result quite disappointing. I have however learned that there are a few wines, which year after year, do not disappoint, and Mount Mary is one of them.

Recently, I have also learned from experience that the Triolet is a great cellaring wine, which is more than you can say for the vast majority of whites, even of the top-shelf variety, in Australia.

To see this wine polarise opinion is hardly surprising. just backs up the countless good write ups and countless bad showings ive seen over the last decade.

Wine girl. Remember there are countless fantastic wines in the world, more than you can corner, so I agree with you - If you arent convinced save the money!

Experience does count for a lot though and balancing your 'as valid as anyones' opinion with another never hurts
