I have Zalto Burgundy, Bordeaux and Universal. All are topnotch glasses for connoisseurs. As the name suggests, I use Burgundy for Burgundian varietal wine, Nebbiolo and Etna Rosso. Bordeaux glass for serious Cab, CndP, Aussie Shiraz. Universal for whites in general but particularly Riesling, sparklings and Chenin Blanc, also lighter style reds of Sangiovese and Zinfandel. I also find Vintage Port and sweet wines do very good in Universal.
