Have to agree with plenty of others with saying that it would be SA Rieslings and Hunter Semillons if you're talking "World Class". There are many, many examples that age for many years under $30. At the $30 price point though I also agree with Wynns Black Label Cab when it comes to reds. Ages well and always available under $30. I'm off the Coonawarra Cabs a bit at the moment, but BL is still one of Australia's most cellared wines.
