Hey Dan!

Concur on Rockford, Rolf Binder and a dinner at Ferment Asian (Check out their wine list! Did a a meal there with a few mates a couple of years ago now - OMG!).

Also had a really fun experience at 'Whistler Wines'. They're probably not known for making high end wines but the hopsitality they showed towards us as a group of 6 wine drinking guys was really great. We arrived at about 10.45. They were having a BBQ/party for a bunch of local grape growers and wine makers starting at about 11. Suffice to say we left the winery at about 6pm well and truly loaded with booze, food and some great memories. If you're up for something a little different swing past their cellar door. From memory the Reserve Shiraz is pretty reasonable.

Cheers

Booked into Ferment Asian next month as well as the new Fino at Seppeltsfield. Big fan of Fino in Willunga so hoping for big things.
Heard so much about Ferment Asian as well. Just checked the online wine list for Ferment Asian and it seems there's no end!
Having a couple of days up in the Barossa for the wedding ann. Got a ton of CD visits planned . Will be trimming that no doubt.
