The major concern is finding things to match what could end up being 5-6 rieslings by the time Allan brings his three - probably the best scenario whould be to have them with the bruschetta, followed by the house made pasta, with the beef breasola & other dishes more suited to reds following on from there.
As it turns out an annual club dinner which I can't get out of has come up within a couple of days of the offline, so it looks like I will probably have to drop out anyway.
