Thankyou and congratulations for outstanding service to Petaluma for their replacement of 2 corked bottles of 2001 riesling with (at my request) the screwcapped 2002.
While noting this, the good bottles of 2001 are just entering their mature phase for drinking - but alas will never challenge the 1980 champion!
Topnotch service - and what the wine industry should be doing for its customers...

I agree. Wine company's who treat customer issues of bad bottling with professionalism and service should be respected and applauded. Voyager handled my recent issue extremely well.
Penfolds on the other hand were shocking to say the least. Even had the gall to directly assume I had no idea what so ever about storage even after explaining they were kept in ideal conditions. Very sour
