Auction now open, 500+ lots, no hidden reserves

Wickman's Fine Wine Auctions

Hi all,

My latest wine auction is now open and has over 500 lots of fine and rare wines for you to browse. The website will be accepting silent bids for the next 3 weeks and bidding closes on Saturday the 14th of February 2004. There will be a buyer's premium of 10% on the final hammer price of the goods.

A catalogue will be available for downloading from the website late today(Friday 23rd) in MS Word, PDF and RTF format.

I have made a few changes for this auction:

1. There are no hidden reserves. The lots open at their reserve price.
2. All bids are placed per bottle (except where stated otherwise) with the winning bidder taking all bottles in the lot. So if you place a bid of $20 and there are 5 bottles in the lot the hammer price for that lot will be $100.
3. All wines this time are physically located in Adelaide, South Australia.

Good luck with your bidding, and please don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
Cheers
-Mark Wickman
