Hi,
I've been Collecting the Wolf Blass Platinum Label series since it was first Realeased.
I was currently away on Holidays and my son and his mates drank some of my wines, and this one was one of them.
I only had one 1999 and I'm looking for another one again as this is the only missing link in my collection
If there is anyone in wine land that has a bottle and would like to sell could you please contact me
Regards
Dave
Looking for a Bottle of Wolf Blass Platium Label 1999
I have seen this several times now. A young man (30's) comes into the bottle shop with a list of wines. Grange, Hill of Grace, 707 etc and all old vintages. Can I supply these wines?
As it happens, they got into dad's cellar while he was away and drank some wine. Dad is due back in two weeks and they need to replace the bottles they drank. You are a nice dad Dave to look for them yourself.
I usually direct them to the auctions.

Chardonnay: A drink you have when there is no RED wine, the beer hasn't arrived and the water may be polluted

Edinburgh Cellars http://www.edinburgh.com.au may have one of these - they have a not too shabby selection of back vintages.
