After reading that the Shingleback 01 Shiraz took out 4th place in Winestates Shiraz of the year, I faxed through my order. A week went by and I noticed that my credit card had not been debited yet.
I called and was told that they had not received my fax. I promtly faxed it back and within a day I received a phone call apologising about the delay and that I would receive my wine by the end of the week. True to their word, I received it today, with an enclosed note saying that they took 50% off the delivery fee "as a means of making up for the delay"
How good are these guys! I know some other winerys that take 2 weeks normally to process and ship my order.
That being said, anyone had any of the 01 Shiraz? What's your impressions so far?
