TECH: Log in stopped working at work?

Post by DJ »

Has anyone else been having trouble logging in this week?

No problems at home (log in didn't drop out) but I haven't been able to log in at all this week from work. I checked to see if I had my password right by putting in a different one and it was rejected out right. Put in the correct one but don't get a response :?

Could it have something to do with the forum having been down?

Gee I might have to stop checking the forum and do some work
No really I only ckeck on my lunch break

I can't get on the forum with a conventional google search engine.

Only available through safari these days.

Why are you trying to get on the forum through Google? Just bookmark the site and come back...

Plus, Safari is a browser, whereas Google is a search engine. The two aren't the same thing. Surely (if your a mac user) you're using Safari to access Google, and everything else on the web.

Even if you don't want to bookmark the site (for whatever reason) you can always use your browser's auto complete feature in the address bar... just start typing 'forum.auswine.com.au' and if you've been here before the browser will auto complete the rest of the address, so if you regularly visit the site just typing 'forum' in the address bar will give you the correct address: hit return and your here ready to talk wine (as opposed to this tech junk I'm prattling on with!)
