Warning - This is one of those times.

I loved the mollydooker wines and have added them to my other collection of Marquis made wines. I did an interesting tasting of the Boxer versus Amon Ra. $25 versus $80 wine.... Amon Ra was fantastic for sure but the Boxer got the nod. Image if I had thrown in the carnival of Love??

Congratulations Sparky.

No shiraz lover, you're not Sparky - one of his many friends, Dan Philips maybe, someone at that infamous US importer GP, or possibly one of Parker's many thousands of Lemmings. Not that it matters.

FWIW the 2 IPs recorded for SL are in Sydney... Should be easy to work out, he/she must be one of the very few Sydney-siders that drink SA fruit bombs rather than French or Hunter muck. 8)

:D Maybe, but it wasn't me or any of my boring old retired mates.

And I don't think two different IPs from the same person, both on Telstra would be NAT'd to a different city.

77 Points from Oliver on the Carnival of Love. Maybe a case of 'point scoring' in more ways than one :D

More likely an attempt at one-upmanship. But then JO's opinions have never done much for me. I guess among the folks at CellarTracker JO would pair well with one of the Anonymous Mollydooker CoL reviewers and the description which reads in part I didn't expect to like this, and I don't, but I thought there might be a place for it.....maybe a mixer with club soda? Stupid candy wine.....not good.

I haven't looked back at my notes but I don't think I rated CoL or the Boxer as great wines and (from memory) the folks I tasted them with thought the Boxer a better wine and better value. Last bottle of CoL I saw was going for $120USD, now there's value!
