Great customer service - Fermoy Estate

I recently had a problem with 3 bottles of the 97 Fermoy Estate Reserve Chardonnay – corked, 3 out of 8 or 9 opened from the case so far. Contacted the winery, and they indicated they would arrange replacements. The replacements arrived today, a mixed selection of Cabernet, Reserve Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot and Semillon. Great effort Fermoy.
