Wine Recycle?

I was given a bottle of white plonk some years back and due to poor storage it has turned yellow. I know it isnt palatable but can I use it as "vinegarete" for my salads dressing?

All white wine turns "yellow" with age.

It is only unpalatable in the mouth, not in the eye. :lol:
