Ziggy,
I am not hiding, Telstra are welcome to sue me. If you had any bloody idea how bad the service has been for some broadband one way satellite users has been for a protected period of time you may have some idea why I am peed off. The one way software was "unstable" for ages, I have had to reinstall software on numerous occasions and have wasted countless hours on the phone to the help desk. The current Navigator satellite software version is not "well behaved" and doesn't work properly with the Fire Wall software and Norton's. Add to that massive email problems that started on 29 September and are not yet resolved and you may begin to understand my frustration.
The title of the post is NWR (not wine related) - if anyone does'nt want to read it then they are welcome to ignore it. However as Telstra is the largest ISP in Oz it is have an effect on many people, obviously you are not one of them.
As to the simple solution of changing to another supplier, its not an easy option living in 8km from the exchange with a limited number of ISP's in your area.
So Dr Ziggy on behalf of Telstra please sue me by all means, but to prove deformation the ball is in your court to show that what I am saying is not true, something that Tetra may find very hard to do.
