Winediva equivalent for French wine producers & wines

Post by Festival »

Hi,

I've been looking for an online site that list big and small French wineries and the wine that they produce, something like Winediva.com.au, but with the wines linked to producers.

Has anyone come across such a site? Easy to search would be a bonus.

Thanks,
Festival

The Hachette guide sounds like what you're looking for, but I've only come across it in book form - perhaps a web search on Hachette might show a web version.

Hi Ian

Thanks for the advice. I've seen Hachette book and its good value. I'll search again for an online version.

Cheers,

I think it is a bit much to expect the french to organise themselves in this way, it would make it too easy , you have to make it more difficult for the consumer, anyway the internet was invented by the yanks, so thay wouldnt want to lower themselves to using it

cheers
