Tyson is a bit of an expert on screwcaps as an alternative wine bottle seal. You'll have to make up your own mind as to whether you agree with his palate or not. Personally I had a lot of misses in his red ratings in his top 500, so I don't think my palate is too closely aligned to his. I think he has more of a following for his cellaring and screwcap publications than for wine reviews. Campbell Mattinson (www.winefrontmonthly.com.au) is the best emerging wine writer, at least I agree with a lot of his ratings and he tells a great story.
