Agricola New Releases

Post by Andrew Jordan »

Received email from Callum this morning for his 2024 releases. Will probably purchase a mixed 6 pack. Anyone else purchasing this year?

Wines available this year include:

2024 Flaxman Valley (Naimanya, Burley 'Hill', Home 100+ year ‘Old Vines’)
13.3% alcohol 3,513 bottles produced.

2024 K’ Sands (Asbroek ‘Ancient’ circa 1864 vines, Asbroek 50+ year ‘Old Vines’)
14.2% alcohol 1,707 bottles produced.

2024 Ebenezer (Hoffmann 1888-1912 Dallwitz Old, Hoffmann 1951 Dimchurch Home Old)
14.4% alcohol 2,596 bottles produced.

2024 Helen (Naimanya, Hoffmann Limit Lodge)
13.0% alcohol 893 bottles produced.
Cheers

I grabbed 2 of each. Looking forward to trying them after they have a lay down.

I tried this release from tank just before bottling. The Flaxman, K Sands and Ebenezer are excellent. Didn’t try the Helen. Like others, I like to support the smaller wineries as well. Plus Callum is a really nice young fella who deserves every success. 3 of each for me.

Cheers
Ian

Sat this one out due to having too many wines in the collection. Still a fan of Callum's wines, and will purchase again next year.
Life is too short to drink rubbish wine.

I bought some Helen, figuring that Callum would do his darndest to honour his grandmother, so this will be potentially a brilliant wine.
I also bought some Flaxman and K Sands.
Imugene, cure for cancer. Brainchip, solution for compute.
