I received the email today inviting me to place my order for the 2020 vintage wines.
I have ordered 3 x Mount Mary Qunitet 2020. I note the was Red Wine of the Year at the 2023 Halliday Wine Companion Awards. This however did not influence my order.
I am interested in what orders will be ordering this year.

I won't be ordered into ordering anything!
Re: Mount Mary Mail Order 2022 (2020 Vintage)
Mount Mary is now getting quite exxy, even at the ever so slightly reduced members table rates.
They have never previously paid lip service to convention or critics, yet I feel with a new demographic, and third generation family members at the wheel, that has certainly changed...JH wine of the year is splashed all over their website and the prices unfortunately now reflect that.
Was looking at the next couple of vintages, might have to change my mind.
Cheers Craig

Tomorrow will be a good day

I've (yet again) ignored my order
With the rise of the direct importers in Australia, the stoopid prices people pay for French wines here are drawing to an end, and equally stoopid prices for wines like MM can now be easily ignored. Given the run of exceptional vintages in Bordeaux, there are many many wines available at the MM Quintet price level that are a better product.
Same goes for the pinot, far better options out there at the same price point.
