The last Auswine tasting went down well, as you can read here

I agreed to hold the next, completely forgetting of course that I did not actually own a table or chairs to sit around. All sorted now and we are intending to meet in Fairfield on Sat 22nd May at 2pm

Theme is “Alternative Aus Varietals”, but of course the definition of Alternative is rather vague and it’s up to everyone to bring what they think will be interesting and/or fun.

I can fit another 2 around the table, so if anyone is interested please PM me and I will add you to the list. All the wines will be served blind, and we’ll go white to red as normal.

I will put on snacks and the palate warmers and cleansers and other than a bottle (or 2 if you feel inclined) all you need to bring is a piece of cheese or charcuterie to munch on at the table.

There is underground off street parking for those who have to drive
