1982 Pol Roger Champagne
Darker golden hues with crystal clear clarity. Bouquet is toasty and multi-dimensional. Excellent mousse that lasted for two hours. Very refined. Palate is long and rich, with hints of sponge cake, lemon/lime flavours and some fresh bread. Beautiful stuff! You wouldnÂ’t want to keep it longer though!
