Purchased from the cellar door in late 2016. Yellow in colour, and slightly tending to gold.
Quite a mixed nose, with slightly developed yellow peach and grapefruit sitting with vanilla, cedar, toasted grains and a whiff of butter. The palate is an equally mixed blend of fruit and savoury characters, with good supporting acid, and surprising intensity. Long finish.
I'm not sure about this one - I suspect it won't improve, and may have been better a year ago. Interesting, but not quite there, and that could be my fault for leaving it too long.
Cheers
Allan

Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.
