Colour: Salmon

Nose: Savoury, with some cashew. Yeast and nuttiness, and some nutmeg. Fruit in the background.

Palate: Velvety mousse and mouthfeel. Sweet strawberry in a line down the tongue. Medium acid. Some nuttiness and good length.

A good aperitif. Probably best right now.
Wine, women and song. Ideally, you can experience all three at once.

Thanks for the note. You say it's ready to drink now, do you know the disgorgement date? If not, how long have you had it? Thanks.

Sorry, swirler. This bottle was purchased from the restaurant we were dining at.
