Wineries

Post by Love to Wine »

A big hi to everyone. I just recently joined the forum. My girlfriend and I visit many wineries, talk with winemakers and sample and purchase many. Have been to wineries in Margaret River, Barossa, Mildura, Lancefield, Peninsula and Yarra Valley. What wineries do you like?
Also have a Facebook page regarding our travels if anyone would like to see, titled. @lovetowineaustralia.

Hi LovetoWine and welcome to the forum!

I like more wineries than I care to type, but I wonder if there was any particular winery visits you enjoyed most of all in those regions?

Sorry don't do Facebook much but good luck in promoting your page! :D

Cheers
TiggerK

Thx
Margaret River was lovely. Flametree, Xanadu, Palmers, Voyager, Leeuwin Estate. Love the Chardy there

Welcome to the forum, LovetoWine!

I love a good Aussie Pinot Noir or Cabernet/Bordeaux blend. Like TiggerK, I've got way too many favourites to list. Hoddles Creek probably my favourite for Pinot Noir and Moss Wood for Cabernet.

Mornington Peninsula have some great Pinot Noir, Gris and Grigio.
10 Minutes by tractor has a great Pinot Noir.
Baxter Winery 2013 Pinot Noir is good too, at $25 a bottle.
