Avatars and an Identity crisis !!

I once had an avatar here, but now it won't work :cry:

, I suspect size is the issue and I can't figure out how to re-size these things for myself - Techno-dork.
I don't like to be avatar-less, I feel a bit like a naked poster............can somebody, anybody help me with my identity crisis ?

Now I'm feeling a bit self-conscious with how very large may avatar is....... and I certainly don't want to intimidate the guys.
