Top marks to Two Hands...

Post by Mark S »

for a fast no-hassle replacement of a corked Angels Share shiraz 2002, and even a bonus additional bottle of their riesling, both under Stelvin. I still have a few 2002 Angels Share shirazes under cork, so it'll be an interesting exercise drinking one of them alongside the Stelvin-sealed example.
On the other hand, engaged in a lengthy & so far fruitless correspondence with Virgin Hills over a TCA affected 1991 Virgin Hills Reserve dry red. Vague promises, but no results; perhaps the new ownership/management doesn't feel responsible for defects in wines occuring long before they were on the scene.
