Is this not the perfect night?

Post by Anthony »

Got the fire going and the dog by my feet.
About to switch the footy on.
Got a glass of Roberto Voerzio Barolo Brunate 1994 in my hand.
And I am going to watch the Lions pump the Crows.

What could be better?
Well maybe watching the Aussies  whip the All-Blacks

cheers

Watching the Crows pump the Lions ... but ... it just didn't happen, oh well!

At least I was drinking well, the new 2002 O'Leary Walker Clare Mclaren Vale Shiraz.

Anthony,

Can you please talk English.

Now if you would have said you had a glass of 96 Black Pepper Shiraz in your hand as you waited to watch the Roosters slay the Knights I might just understand what you are on about. But as you come from south of the border I guess you are talking Mexican! :)
Cheers

Watching the Power crush the Bombers last night with one of the best value reds I have bought in years was pretty good.
The 1998 Ingoldby Cabernet Sauvignon was $14 on release and is developing beautifully, as are the Power!

Sounds like a very good night Roger!

Torb, I worry about you sometimes. When are you going to realize that aussie rules is the best game in the world. Hang on a minute, i forgot, you have been brainwashed by your fellow Canberra-mites

cheers
